Comments:
Andrepont continues to be a remarkably efficient scorer, even more so than Matt Hall, who is shooting below 50% from the field.
This was a big game for Thies in terms of improving his effectiveness in the post. If he can rebound at this level and hit the easy shots without turning the ball over a lot (which he is still doing), perhaps he can have some value on the floor.
Brian Howard must have been fun to watch in this one. If this game was indicative of his true scoring ability, it shouldn’t matter that Thies does the little things well. I’m really excited to see him in action this weekend in Huntsville.
