What happens when the ball reaches the outfield off of an Atlanta bat?
That’s what happens (at least in 2009, through Sunday). For Omar Infante, Jeff Francoeur, and Kelly Johnson, that’s a lot of fly outs. McCann is the king of the pop-up, but he and Ross manage to leave the yard more often than most.

It’s more than a little frustrating that all of our power comes from the Catcher position.
Indeed it is.
Catchers: 6 total HR in 127 PAs (1 for every 21 chances).
Outfielders: 7 total HR in 395 PAs (1/56).
Infielders: 13 total HR in 571 PAs (1/44).
League average: 1/39.
