Braves Chart of the Day: April 28, 2009

We’re three weeks into the season, so let’s look at how the hitters have fared on a weekly basis.  This chart shows each hitter’s season OPS at the end of each week.  Stats are through Sunday 4/26.

At least Casey Kotchman is trending in the right direction, I suppose.

  1. That’s for sure. It would look even worse if I did a chart of each week’s OPS alone, rather than cumulative OPS.

    If they can start hitting consistently, the Braves have the pitching to be in the hunt for the NL East title.
